Working Package 7
During the first period of the project (preparation phase), the partners will assign an internal 3-member committee, responsible for: timely and effective decision making, coordinated monitoring, evaluation and review of the work, monitoring and management of the budget absorption, the widest possible dissemination of the results, smooth cooperation of partners and completion of the deliverables according to schedule. The committee will also undertake the communication with the partners ELKE economic units.
